Ive just bought a 1.6 sport and i want to put an induction kit on it but not sure which will sound the meanest!!!!!!!

none - their crap on a corsa
drilled air box and panel filter = £30 odd (sounds pretty mean, check tutorials)
or pipercross viper kit = £250 (not sure of the sound, never hered one)

if u want loudness get the bfo cone. put plenty of cold air feed to it tho to get best outa it!

the viper sounds nice, it aint loud as its all inclosed but has a distinctive sound, mine turns heads, when it reaches 5000rpm it sounds very sweet, noticable power diff too!

My BFO turns heads through most of the rev range!
Much louder on colder days too.

bfo is loads louder, a lad i no has a 1.2 8v an its louder than my viper on the 1.4 sport

drilled air box is the free compromise,it sounds like a bfo(depending on size of holes)and it will be more responsive than standard,i didnt believe in it when peeps said it sounds just like an ind kit ,but it works.(more so on the ecotec valvers which roar)

I've got BFO cone with cold air feed and heatshield...Noise is amazin.
No flatspots and runs well....This is on a 1.6 too....
I need another cold air feed though, only got 1 and need one fae underneath.
On pic .when bonnet is shut the heatshield touches the bonnet lining to keep out heat....Sheild goes right underneath too....Not perfect but seems to do the job nicely.Goin to get another cold air feed.
