Does the engine "knock" when you have done a few miles? or does the ecu light come on when you are going fast and the engine loeses power (limp mode)?

why dont you just reset the ecu so ur k&n is set for the colder weather, and then see if the light comes on. Coz it could be coz more cold air is getting to the kit!

just found out wot it is! its got nuffin 2 do with the k&n, its the thing that controls the atuo matic choke. its liek a plug thing that goes into the pip the k&n is connected 2 if that makes sence. vauxhall said the part wont copst more than £40, going to get it 2mora so i will let u all know how i get on
