My mate has an Evo 8 with about 380-390bhp, and his best times were just under 9mins 30...

Carbon fibre doors, fibreglass tailgate and bonnet, probably cut a large ammount of the interior metal work out and strengthend with a light weight cage as well as stich welding the shell together. All the glass has been replaced with polycarbonate too at a guess by looking at it (apart from the windscreen, which could be a lightweight glass one)... The usual

Windscreen is a heated one as all heaters have been removed from the car iirc to save on weight.
Owner is called Lee Hersey (sp?) and is known a region17 on MiG.

Its got a nice engine and that but if its being feature in Total Vauxhall

Bodywork needs a bit of a tidy up, but then thats not his objective is it, his objective is to make 20XE's look ridiculous

In a Nova, yes. There is much more room at the back of the bay, hence when fitting a 2.0 engine you can use the 'SFi box'.
