Recently when the car hasnt warmed up to 92oc yet
It doesnt seem to be very driveable, im not talking about "ragging" it before there are any wise cracks, im talking about just moving the car.
To descirbe it. when traveling at 30mph in say 3rd, the car will be fine then suddenly jerk like crazy. Almost like i am stamping on and off the accelreator
This lasts untill it gets warm. I know first suggestion will be CTS but ive had 2 since january! Ive also had the wiring re-done so it cant be that as its basically brand new.
What else would cause this jolting/jerking? It surely cant be normal!

I've not had a LET Corsa but both the Corsas I've had have done this when they are cold. And both were fine once they had warmed up so I didn't do anything about it!

surely tho, any of the above would still be showing symptoms when warm? as it litterally hits 92 and bang the car is like any other car to drive?

well an airleak can do it as when its cold its there when it warms up the metal expands a bit and seals it
ignition system coil pack and leads can run better hot than cold
fuel problem can sort itself when warm as its not getting the fuel it needs when cold but as it warms up it doesnt need the extra when cold so runs correctly

It could be the ICV or the coolent temp sensor? Though, the ECU light would illuminate when the car judders if it was them...

Adam i dont think (correct me if im wrong) that my fuel pump would have been changed when i did the LETR conversion, would a 1.4 x14xe fuel pump be up to the job?

The LET is MPI, your old 1.4 engine is MPI, they both run at the same fuel pressure. Unless the fuel pump is broken there should be no problem there...

Are you on a K&N? Then again i suppose there is no room for an airbox, i thought the colder air might be playing havoc, just a thought.

You will still be left with 10+ year old bits to put on it though
Speaking of warm air, It could be the AFM? Try swapping it over off of Steve's car, or if you are about next weekend and I am home then I'll bring mine over to have a looksie...

Does the LET run a cold MAP from the ECU? A lot of cars run the Lambda in a loop when the car is cold so they run like a bag of shit. When the car warms up the normal map kicks in along with the lambda sensor and all is well.
I would suspect your lambda sensor personally Jambo. It like when a car is having emission problems on its MOT, let it get red hot then do it and you usually find it passes cos it burns the fuel better.

If by lambda u mean o2 sensor then this was replaced month before last, plus when it went it was giving me an EML so dont think it would be that makes sense tho!

Untrue, LETs require more fuel pressure and the AFMs between XEs and LETs are completely different.

Surely it's the fuel pressure regulator the creates the extra pressure though?
