i have a 1995 corsa b sri 1.4 16v its not runnig very well when u try and hold it at a speed like 20 or 30mph it does not like it the car jumps foward then back like a learner driver pulling of u got me. i have had it tested at vauxhall and there was no Fault Code. i have put new parts on like filters plugs leads and lambda sensor tryed fuel cleaner and cleaned my piper cross induction kit.it start frist time every time it doe NOT cut out can any 1 help me plz

EGR valve, did they actuator test that? thats one thing i would of done if the car was brought to me

If they have only looked for fault codes on the engine management i would think that only means theres no sensor or electrical problems? Maybe it is something Mechanical, or maybe its is due to you having the induction kit on not giving the right Fuel & air Mixture? have you tried putting the original air box back on?

Take it to another garage and ask them whatswrong with it/pay them to fix it.

Exhaust Recircultion Valve (EGR)

when they get stuck they can cause ruff runnig - misfireing - even non start

well mate works in a garge and he said it not any thing Mechanical it been running shit all this year i dont have the original air box i did try runnig it with my induction kit on but it was more shit

okay il list what i could be- not knowing the real fort tho

ECU, EGR valve, O2 sensor, MAP sensor, Coolant sensor, etc

blocked cat,


eml bulb could even be removed - it should bring the light on, if not reset the ecu and try that

by what your saying id say EGR valve stuck, but you can check that (any vauxhall dealer)

mine does it some times - very rare

say im in 4th about 2k and lift off if=t can start juddering (since i put my 4 branch and system on) but hasn't done it for ages

giving the car throttle doesnt make it overfuel. the cat is unlikely to be blocked, they rarely actually block.

get the coilpack swapped over and try that.

I have been working on these engines, build loads of them transplanted them, solved problems on them and know them inside out

why not try LISTENING TO MY ADVICE AND CHANGE THE COILPACK YOU FUCKWIT

I hope I dont see another post from you in help zone again until you have changed the coilpack.
