Pics of house.
Looks like my car is going too Was chatting to my mate before about taking it off the road and he pointed out what if it gets nicked? Probably best just selling it. I'm looking at buying a second flat in a few months to rent out.

ur having to sell ur car to fun current place and you reckon you can get 15% together for deposit on BTL

Depends what you buy around Liverpool. Ideally i would like to buy a newly built apartment around town but looking into it i could buy a decent house for 65kish and rent it out for around £75 a week. You will always get single parents needing somewhere half decent to live on benefits.
Realistically i can get 15k together, at a push more. 15k involves selling the Corsa though

I also have the option to mortgage my flat too. Bit of a risk IMO and not something i want to do.

No I had major heart surgery in June, cars been sitting on my mum and dads drive since.
My lass drives and I will not be able to drive until around march. So no point in me having a car may as well pay the fees with the sales money and use the money we saved to fund stuff for the house

Brand new penthouse with stunning views over Poole Harbour to the Purbeck and Brownsea Island. There is a double balcony and floor to ceiling glass in the living/kitchen area. It is fitted out to a high spec, granite worktops, Kandine flooring all over except for bedrooms.
Thats the spec. Moving manly becuase its closer to my cleints and with not being able to drive its getting me down.

The best feature of all is that he will be all of 10 minutes away from me.
