I left Lloyds TSB for being shit at organising anything, branch never open when I wanted it to be (after 4:30 or Sat) and they give fuck all interest!!! Still got my mortgage with them but I need to keep it there another year or pay a penalty

I have a few accounts with the Lloyds TSB and Halifax. Mortgage is with the Halifax but they are shit. Never take the money on the date they say they will and charge to take my own money out of savings accounts. Plus, in my local one, they give me dirty looks when i put money in or take money out

I have a Halifax and a Natwest account...
Never had a problem with Natwest...and Halifax are wankers as they are only interested in you when you have a lot in the bank...no help from them what so ever when you have problems...
If I could be arsed moving my DD's etc I would move them to my Natwest account....

I'm leaving HSBC as when my credit card was used fruadulently they weren't particularly helpful and I had to fill in numerous forms saying I hadn't spent the money. They couldn't grasp what I was saying and wouldn't stop the card.
My high interest savings account is currently down to 2.1% interest.
I'm going to go with the Halifax and get a web saver which is 5% and a current account.

I personally haven't had any problems since a Barclay's account was set-up for me when younger.

Natwest are crap.
Really unhelpfull, rude and liars. Lost a payment i made to a credit card that took me 3months or arguments and being called a liar before they finnaly admitted to loosing the cheque as it turned up and then refunded all associated charges. Fucking wankers.
If my whole family werent with them id leave, im hoping some of my loyalty will do me a favour in a time of need.
I have heard that HSBC are good though
