With profits made from selling on ebay thinking about getting one..

reason over PS3 is the price and it will not be played that much but like the look of some of the games.

Not interested in going online to play ppl or any of that cap just general gaming...

Whats the best deals you have seen out there at moment....

(not to be turned into a vs PS3 thread )

I think they will cut off core owners, the HD will come down in price when the Elite is out. I reckon £50 for the HDD which isnt alot of money. I would always go for the premium, remember you get the wireless controller and HD cable in the pack.........

Errrrm, WHY?! Hes not using it online, so why would he need a 120gb HDD

Mav - Go for a premium with a few games of your choice. Also get the play & charge kit or quick charge kit, or get some reachargable batteries

As i said, he gets the wireless controller and the HD cable. Also gives him the choice of going online at a later date if he feels he needs to

I also think that developers will only make games for people who have the HDD

get the premium. that play link is the one i'd get. but defently buy the rechargable batterys pack thing. may cost an extra 20 - 30 quid but you'll save more in the long run.

why not try buying it online at boots...It was a special offer (when I bought it) at 260 iirc, 10% voucher code, free delivery and on top of that I got triple point on the boots advantage card ~£45 to spend. turned out to be a good deal in the end
