Im gettin a C20Xe engine of beardy and ive already got the full fitting kit...
But if i go with twin webbers 45s full set up,omega pistons,Unichip(raise Rev limiter),2.25 exhaust bore,de-cat,ARP Bolts, and Cams....(Depending on what sort)
What bhp would i be looking at? and possibley what Bhp/ton...Car wont be strip...but wont have no massive build in it either...
Also i was gonna replace all the sensors but ive heard u dnt need all the sensors are im goin from a EFI to a Carb is that right?

really depends on the cams you go for. I would say you will see 170 with standard cams, 180 with better ones.
budget for some decent spark management rather than a dizzy and coil. makes living with carbs much easier.

power to weight could be anything from 170-200bhp per ton depending on whether its a base model corsa or a fat overweight GSI.

for a c20xe weight measurement take the weight of a standard corsa sport and add 60kg.

Not sure what the question is but 1000kg to 170bhp, is 170bhp per ton. You will need to change the pistons in order to run an decent cams really.

yeah that seems about right as you have ripped stuff out as well. Dont want to weigh mine as i keep having to add crap little things in that all add up like ecu bracket, extra fuel lines, two tanks two pumps ect...

40s are too small, you want 45s if your looking for an increase in power

45's will be ideal. 40's are ok for the power you are looking for though

as a very rough guess, whatever bhp it makes is whatever bhp/tonne it is with it being a std car and heavier engine.
