Thats what gf's brother got a few week ago at gamestation, he did get the cable chucked in for free mind, or he wasn't going to buy it!

I got mine on release 60 gb reistance + motorstorm + F1 + extra controller + hdmi cable for £599.97 and have never looked back
Play.com have got some good deals at the minute

You are once again a noob steve, Crappy American games console thats looks like a cheap dvd player which is also know as xbox360, Title of the topic says PS3 or have you FAILED to miss this like you have FAILED in life, God you piss me off and I have not even met you....
I got 80gb/2 controllers/1 game/internet cable/80gb has 4 usb ports and 2 card readers i think its pretty much same spec as 60gb for £300 from Hong Kong

i bought mine afew weeks after launch with 2 games, 3 year warrenty and the HDMI cable for £375 and my PSP

the elite doesnt break a lot
the elite has a bigger hard drive, better games, better controller (imo) better menu system, better online, winner all round if you're not bothered about having something to play films on and even then you have access to all the downloadable hd movies

But yeah I agree Steve. If I wanted a console as a DVD player then I'd get the PS3. I'd get the PS3 purely for the blu-ray really, I wouldn't buy many games for it.
