what diff does a after market filter do anything noticalbe ??
ant thing else what i can do ??

Wouldnt waste your time mate,just enjoy the hassle free driving and good mpg,then do an engine conversion down the line when ur ready

If you're only looking for noise from a filter, drill and destrict your airbox.

to get a 1.2 decent, i'd go for lightweight, big brakes, good suspension

Can't see the point.
Thats like me putting Sport brakes on my 12volt. Its pointless unless you're having an engine conversion.

If he wants cheap and easy, drill and derestrict the airbox, then getta K&N panel filter and a aftermarket backbox.

thanx all i got a spotex race tube n 3" back box and drilled airbox atm with a standard filter wil have to get a K&N some time in the week cheers

some decent front brakes like sum 2.0 cav ones will be a good upgrade! for the sake of 20 quid for the calipers cariers discs pads from a scrappy you cant go wrong.

1.2 brakes are shite IMO some good brakes will make the car perform so much more.

honestly wouldnt bother with any of it, a decent exhaust will cost a few hundred quid and wont make a noticable difference, it will just advertise to all the other cars that your thrashing the fuck out of it and going nowhere.

Save your money for a conversion or quicker corsa, you wont regret it. I did the same to my 1.4
