On a property near us, only picys i have are on estate agents website, which i'll post in a bit. 
The plan was to move out maybe next year but as melissa's mum and dad have split and want to put the house up for sale it has givern us the push to get things moving.
Property is a nice 2 bed mid terrace with secure off road parking and a garage  which will be handy for me. So there ya go. will keep ya posted guys.

Tell me about it These forms are a little mind boggleing
Plans are to move stuff in then Decorate room at a time. It doesn't really need it, but puts our own stamp on it if we do. Oh and some decking

There like a tardis these type of houses. They look small from the outside, and there actually pretty big on the inside!

Ver impressed with the size of the rooms, the main bedroom has got fitted wardrobes in there as well.

Well im mid terrace now and its not over big, hate the tiny steep stairs as well and the bathroom being on the gorund floor, thinking its a smaller example of round here though, but I agree they look pokey from the front but massive inside in comparison

decent size and bargain price...my sister got a 2 bed ground floor flat as her first home...£127k 
a little modernisation and making it your own and its spot on!

cheers buddy. Plans are to just give it a lick of paint for the moment then save and probs do the garden a bit better - it doesn't really need modernising if i'm honest but who knows.

Did well, though being that close to saddle; nightmare.
We paid £122k for a semi detached 3 bed a little under a year ago, but the terraces on the main road round the corner are still going for around £100k; looks like you got a good deal!

Its close to the saddle but not too close its a dead nice quiet area. We went down when latics where playing at home and hardly any cars park there so it aint to bad.
