Renting this place for a bit then planning on a self build in a few years.
Halfway through the paperwork now but here's a preview of it.

Top floor is the best, no heating bills in the winter Looks nice as well, but then all these modern flats do look nice, if I were single I would be all over one, as long as it had parking

First floor, is yours furnished? The one we went to see was unfurnished, and looks smaller than the one you posted. It was too small, all the furniture was crammed in (Even though it didnt come with the flat) Moving to Halewood myself for defo though, just finding the right place... didnt know they varied in size though.

Moved in on Monday.
50 boxes later and we're as good as sorted now. Just waiting for my new TV to arrive and for plusnet to connect the phoneline back up
