what the hell does this one do? what does it stop from working etc? sick of the ps3 updates. they take forever and nothing is ever improved.

If its that shit, and u dont like it, fucking sell it and STFU!

However, u recently told me how good it was and that u would never sell either console, so i doubt selling it will be the case.

iPlayer is there. It's under the 'TV' menu tab on the XMB, along with PlayTV. Update didn't seem so bad. Took about 6 or 7 minutes all together. I thought it was quite quick as far as PS3 updates go.

I did the update at about 8pm tonight, quite like the new look of it tbh.

One other thing that I thought is useful, although not for me, is the multi-output for sound - so now meaning that the PS3 can be plugged into the tv through HDMI, but still output sound through the component leads to a speaker system.
