Director of Policy and Enforcement for Xbox LIVE Stephen Toulouse has stated that anybody using the Javelin Glitch in Modern Warfare 2 will be suspended.



Just thought I would give you all a heads up about this cos we may get some call regarding it

lukes will be along to clarify as he is a glitcher i dont know how you do it but ive had it happen to me. some idiots run around with a javelin. as you kill them, it somehow sets it off and blows you up and others around you. its a fuckin piss take.

not sure i dont know how you do it. but basically was on favela and the whole other team were doing it. every time you killed one of them, you also died instantly from the javelin killing you. sometimes it would kill a couple of people. always went off after you killed them.

so basically the top of their leaderboard was some kid with 18 kills and 10 deaths and he hadnt shot 1 bullet. all he had done was die all game.

no ps3 aswell. was happening to my mate on it on tuesday night.

yesterday morning when i was on there was loads of javelin glitchers running about. last night none. so hopefully they all got banned from xbox live.

What bullshit theres no way they can ban people for using a glitch, I have not done it but how can someone be banned for exploiting there dodgy programming? I have used the unlimited care package glitch though
