Grrr
right.. im turning the key like you do and the engine wants to start but it wont...the car sort of shakes!!
Dont have a clue what is wrong
any ideas?

oh another thing check to see that if your car has an immobiliser that your chip hasnt fallen out of your key. my key fell apart once and the small chip fell out.

You won't have flooded it. it's injection
The head gasket is gone FFS
Your temp keeps going up, overheating, missfires.
All the symptoms

he did say that it sounded like it wanted to start so my guess is that it is turning over. check to see if theres a light flashing on your dash (yellow ecu one) if thats the case immobiliser, have you dropped your keys recently?

You can flood and borewash a EFi.. Happens all the time when people fire up a car, move it then turn it back off again.
