I aint a clue mate tbh, the EML light might just be due to the chip and transponder not connecting

have looked at all fuses they all seem fine think i am gonna make a small curcuit and test em all coz all they need is a hairline crack and they screw everything up its gotta be a fuse

Still got problems and i made it worse
every fuse is fine i have checked them with a multimeter for continuety, but now when i turn the key all i can hear is the starter motor whining very loud and engine doesnt even turn over
so problem now is eml wont come on when ignition is turned on and engine wont turn over Hope to god i aint burnt out the dispack
Edit - ARE ALL THE FUSES LOCATED IN THE CAR OR ARE THERE MORE ELSEWHERE

It sounds like you have drained thew battery down.
I belive the eml is also controled by a relay!?

Dont see how this will work if the engine management disables the fuel pump

brown relay sounds about right, sounds as if you aren't getting power to the ecu tbh

Cant find any earth straps in the kick panel area not even a loose wire looked at the pins on the ecu plug and there is like a blue colour powder type stuff on the plug

Hmm that powder is corrosion which isn't good try and find a water dispersant like wd40 (but not wd40 preferably as ironically its water based) and spray the ecu multi plug pins then connect and disconnect it a few times to brighten up the terminals.
ECU power and the eml are linked for sure! Do you have an fuses/relays under the scuttle panel drivers side near the brake fluid reservoir?

Well WD40 would do, i tend to use wurth ultra 20-40. Just go into a car accessory shop and ask for a product to remove moisture from an electrical plug.
