I am interested as well. I put off buying the HTC Desire to wait and see what the next Jesus phone will be.
But if I don't get the new iPhone I will wait for the next HTC that uses the new Qualcomm dual core chipset

Exciting stuff. Hopefu..y itl look alot nicer and more Apple like than their "prototype" that "accidently" went missing

I think it was an accident as Jobs recently tried to spin it that the phone was stolen from the guy rather than he left it. You have to be very careful saying things like that. I recon it will be similar shape etc as there are already cases out there for the new iphone which match it.
AT&T have banned all holiday this month so I am guessing it will be out very soon. I would guess they release OS 4.0 "Today..oww aahh" and then the phone a week or two later

I hope its more 'apple' than the prototype as i was a little dissapointed with the design but i did see a very simialr design but the back was gloss, same as the current 3g with the same slight curve in it, similar to the iPad, now that did look

I have never paid too much attention to Apple and their product cycles. Typically how long after announcement will it be before the iPhone is in stores?

I would have thought OS4 would be out after the new iphone in a bid to stop people upgrading and rather purchase a new one? I would think mid-late june for the phone then late july / aug for the OS.
