Im on a water metre and only pay something like £5 a month! I rang them up to make sure its correct as i didnt want to get hit with a massive bill somewhere down the line because of a faulty metre

Pay about £39/month for a 3 bedroom house (no water meter).
I was always under the impression that people pay more with a meter than they do without?

Ours is £25/month on the meter. I'm not sure if we're paying enough into it at the moment, they calculated it to be over £30/month but I'd rather the money was in my bank account and have to pay extra when the bill comes along.

2 adults 2 kids in a new build 3 bed
On a meter with a bill every 6 months
Between £60-£70
But we don't pay sewerage charge as it goes in to a septic tank which is about £50 a year to empty split between four houses

Meters sound cheaper. I pay about £28 a month. Then the waste water is something like £50 every 6 months.
