Is there anything half decent out at the moment with a keyboard?
That's not a blackberry... Only think I could think of was the desire Z, so i'm guessing not?
Gonna be going to the Sensation XE if not

Ditto, hence why i've been stuck with an N97 mini for ages, which in fairness, I still like design-wise, just not OS, and hardware wise

lol I've got an old Nokia E50 I'm using at the moment. If it had the GPS and other features that Android phones have then I'd be fine with it. Nothing like being able to text discreetly with keys

Whats wrong with the new BB Bold and Torch? Both have touchscreens and keyboards and are good 'phones + BBM (OS not so hot but decent enough)
Only other one we have (other than cheapo phones) is the Xperia and the E7.
Keyboarded phones are dead

I've got an E51 still and use it when the need arises, one of Nokia's best phones.

I love the E50, all shiny and metal A woman actually asked me recently what phone it was because she really liked it
The likes of Blackberry's don't have GPS do they?

Newer ones do yes, even 3G now.
You can still buy a blackberry without 3g, wtf.

Really? Didn't think they would on their little crappy screen. I'd get one, but then I'd be a Blackberry twat.

They have a slight use if you will be sending emails on them literally all day for work, or if for some reason the multitude of other messaging services aren't any good and you really, really need BBM.
Otherwise they are crap IME, much better off with something with Android or iOS.
Keyboard is only redeeming feature, iOS and Android do exchange email much better.

I don't agree with that, it's just because they didn't have it until recently.
Caused me allsorts of hassle before we worked out that a brand new phone didn't work with a suresignal because it wasn't 3G.

we sell shedloads of them to businesses as the companies know that they a re only being used for calls/texts/emails and not internet and apps etc.
the curve is deliverately 2G only for that reason

You sell shitloads of them to businesses because the biggest commissions are on blackberry's
2G/3G has nothing to do with apps and internet access

well i wouldnt know about the first bit of course it does, the experience on 2G is totally shite, you can bring up webpages (slowly) but apps dont run properly across the 2G network etc., its too slow and 99% of people woudl give up on them

tbh, I was thinking more something android based with a keyboard, I kept faith in Nokia 2 years ago, and it was a mistake.
I've given up, and will be going for the Sensation XE so I can have some rudeboy earphones handed to me by Dr. Dre himself

You eventually get used to no keyboard, I didn't like it at first, would still rather have one actually, the benefits outweigh the downfalls though.
