Probably caused by the drain on the right. Can't quite see on my phone where the damp proof course is.

The last 2 pics are differant area's of the house.

Went to the agents today and they said they will send someone out but if its just condomsation we will get the £90 survey bill!!!

I would say the DPC may have perished/failed in them isolated areas judging by the fact the saturation has penetrated to the inside faces.

Was like that when we moved in, and has not got bigger (internal walls) for 2 years (1st 3 pics) landlord said if it gets worse get in touch. The last 2 have happend 3-4 weeks ago

Speak to a damp proof company such as kenwoods or someone out of the directory. They generally do free damp surveys.
