Is that not expensive for a 2 bed bungalow in scotland? Must be in a nice area to achieve that price.

We didnt offer that price, the home report is about 265k I think. We put in 225.

Its a very nice area yeah.

Mum and dad separated, moved with mum in rented places then she finally found
A house she wanted, meanwhile I moved in with friends and my dad and things.

Looks nice tbh, although on the pricey side I'm currently buying a 4 bed detached corner plot which is fairly big for less than that and it's in a good area too
