I thought it was quite a good job. Must be the first project where they have said, its not going to get done - spend more money to get it done, rather than spend less and take longer.
While it might have cost 2/3 million I bet its worth way way more than that. You only need to look at the value of property around there to see thats not a bad price to pay for so much space (if a little quirky)
I'm not a massive fan of the cube bit either, maybe if it overlooked a river or something but not where it is.
The views from the top were amazing - as they said probably some of the best views from any building in london bar somewhere like the top of the shard.

Maybe having all those bedrooms on separate floors with their own bathroom and a lift, and being a property developer he'll rent them out and live in the Cube bit to make a bit of the money back....

If you've got BT Vision, it's watchable in the "On Demand" section; which is odd, cos as far as I can see it's not on the 4oD website yet.

Only thing I would have done differently outside is some red brick lines in the lift tower to tie it in aesthetically

got to hand it to them, the pair of gays know how to design and furnish a property. stunning interior.
wasn't keen on the lack of curtains/blinds though. imagine if they got a bit frisky up the top. wouldn't be a nice sight for all the flats.
