seriously had enough of these eyesores now. i've put them in the garden but want to make something to cover them.
here are said eyesores:
generous measurements of each are:
H- 1070mm
W- 600mm
D- 800mm
when together, i'd want a little space to manouver them, so total width would need to be around 1900mm.
this ones nice, but rather expensive:
http://www.gardengiftsdirect.co.uk/314721-wheelie-bin-store-three-bin-storage
how easy would it be to make something like that, with 3 lift up doors and 3 front doors? it wouldn't need to be as fancy as that, just something to completely conceal the bins.
any pics you might have will be helpful also. cheers.

Should be fairly easy to make I would imagine. I would definitely not pay that amount of money

We've got a green bin, a black one, a smaller orange one, a smaller blue one and then a box food bin thing.

sod that. the brown only gets filled once every 6 months as i just chuck the cut grass/leaves in there. blue one gets filled once every month or so. everything goes in the green one most of the time.
this one is a better price, although i reckon it could be made for half that max.

i think £199 isnt too bad, its gonna last you years and solves the problem without having to spend a day or 2 grafting, probably making uneven cuts and by the end you think, that looks ok. will cost you about 100 in materials, so for the extra £100 its done and looks nice.

I could draw this in my timber frame software, i did a mini greenhouse once. Worked out costing me the same as a shop bought one, but mine was much better wood and better quality than a £99 homebase one

I'd do like Colin said but use trellis fencing panels and grow some plants up it.

I'd just build a frame and clad it like the fence.
Just noticed a Buddha in your garden, didn't you have some sort of holy relic by the garage wall as well?

My wheelie bins are in the court yard car park and i'm wanting to spruce it up a bit and make somewhere to sit as its a great sun trap.
Been looking for cheap options to box in the wheelie bins and best thing I've found so far is this:

Decent price, or i'm thinking I could make one to enclose 2 bins myself for roughly the same price. Thinking of a clothes horse with some of that screening stuff you can buy from garden centres. That sounds shite I know but in my head the picture is much like the picture in the link

Finally got it
Was a bit of a pain to put up. None of the panels were pre drilled so had to do a lot of measuring and guesswork.
Gonna paint or stain it this summer.

I did go inside it to tighten all the screws up and felt it'd be a great hiding place if i were a kid (I am).
Regarding paint/stain. Whats the best? Ideally I want to do it once and forget about it for a few years.
Was looking at cuprinol garden shades - muted clay. Nice and neutral and not green or brown.

Looks good but if none of the holes were pre-drilled wasn't it just a load of sheets of wood with some hinges and door handles thrown in?

Pretty much everything was already cut and needed slotting together and then hinges screwed on etc. Obviously the lids were already made up.
Panels were numbered which came in handy.
Most wheelie bin storage units have open backs, but these are fully enclosed so the frame makes it a lot sturdier.
