i recently bought a full custom stainless zorst (£355) from ASCAR in sheffield and within the first week one of the joints was leaking....so i took it back.
2 weeks later another seal started to blow......now with ASCAR being about a 70 odd mile trip for me i didnt go straight back with it and within a month from this 3 brakets were blowing and the zorst had come loose and started knocking on the rear suspension and the back box was sitting at some crazy angle.
now i dont mean to moan folks but i went to these guys because they said they were the best and also because some friends recomended them.....so is it just me that is having bad luck or has anyone elso had trouble with them because for £355 you would expect it to be right..cheers corsa dudes

getting custom exhausts made all depend on the workmanship of the welder
a shite welder will equal a shite exhaust that will always give u problems

with me having so many problems do you think i have any come back on ASCAR? i mean i am also having problems with the back box as 1 cannon is going blcak inside with the sut and slowly changing colour with the heat but the other is staying clean inside the cannon and is not changing colour with the heat so it looks like i have 2 odd cannons ......a bit disappointing for £355

seeing as thou i have no experience with ascar i cant really say there shit, but from what FLYING CORSA as put, the guy who as done the work on his car, as done a shit job and dosnt look good for ascar does it.
and for the price hes paid (£355), i think hes been ripped off and he lives 70 miles away.
you thought that they would have give a petrol allownce or some of his money back for the exhaust.
anyway you know i dont like ascar?

basically it all comes down to who the welder is, if he's shit then your exhaust will be shit simple as

I had an Ascar system put on and it was sh1te too. Within weeks, the welds were splitting and the backbox also fell apart. In the end, I got it replaced with another exhaust, had a report done on the poor workmanship and got 50% of my money back. Would never touch the place again with a bargepole .
