I did it twice and both went through 1st time, also both have been sent to warehouse for despatch like Jade said

I'm sure it's just a glitch on their site. To be honest the site never works properly, I can't log into view my bills each month, the list goes on and on.
No way is it a scam to get names/addresses otherwise o2 would be getting sue'd big time for wrongfully obtaining information. Be interesting to see about the phones, I think they'll honour the orders until the run out.
