The battery IMO is the biggest improvement.
Due to often using the phone a lot I ended up killing it in under a day.

better camera, flash (not adobe flash ), multitasking, display, front facing camera, HD video recording, quicker, longer battery life.....
all the details are here:

One for fucking video calling, which is on the fucking front of the phone.
Okay.
The 3GS.
So you can scroll through your pictures to check the file numbers whilst attaching them to an email? For one scenario.

Also, thinking about it, why the fuck would I want a phone? I know where my fucking friends live I can easily just go to their fucking houses and say hello. And don't get me started on fucking text messages. A fucking text message? I'll stick to emails thanks. Fucking apple and their fucking phones. Fuck off. The fuck man.

Isn't the en vogue gripe with the iPhone the lack of multi-tasking? Very strange to hear someone complain about them allowing it

Who honestly makes video calls though? I was only asking about the rest really, I just don't get why multitasking is being bumfucked so much. But whittie gave a scenario which seemed relevant I suppose..

I'd like multitasking. Nothing more annoying then playing a game and getting a text. Then it's a case of do I carry on playing or read the text and start the game again....

I'll just put this out there; when I get a text on my blackberry, I can pause the game and get my text, as I thought you could with most phones.. so...that scenario is out the window.

I may be wrong but that would be multitasking. I dunno. I can pause, but not quit and resume, if that makes sense.

If you get a text on an iPhone in another app, the message will be displayed and whatever you're doing will 'pause'. If you want to reply there and then you need to close the app down and go into messaging. Now with multitasking you can just open messaging on top of whatever you're doing which is nice of them to finally do.
No one makes video calls on mobiles because the infrastructure is shite. Lots of people use Skype video calling on their computers. Some phones allow you to make Skype calls too. It's a neat touch, Apple were quite keen to say that it was built on an open platform so perhaps in the future other handsets and hardware will be compatible. I can guarantee you now that all the other manufacturers will be sticking forward facing cameras on their handsets again in the coming months.

My blackberry allows me to reply to a message as and when I want to..It allows me to "minimize" the application in use, and continue when I want. I can't say it's much of a big deal tbh, I thought apple would have done this from the beginning.
So what you are saying about the video calls, is because people use it on their computers, they will want to have their phone in front of their face as they call someone.. Sounds bizarre. That's all.
