Surely if you can provide them with the confirmation details ie. order number, you got them by the short and curlies since it's not YOUR fault they're incompetent is it?
I've got a Motorola and a Samsung on 'order' (chortle) and I'm brazen enough to ring the bastards and demand to know where my 'phones are. I love giving people shit over the 'phone too, should be fun.
