Cheers Deano The idea for my paint was a nailvarnish colour (as all the people who came up and asked me at PVS found out- "why have you got a bottle of nailvarshnish on your display?".... If it's purple your after I've got plenty of ideas for you- nailvarnishes make grat ideas for paint 
That purple VW is gorgeous Defo agree it needs cream (or possibly white) leather tho if you chose this colour for your car.
IMO I don't think purple is a particularly "girly colour". I suppose tho the lighter the hue it could be considered more feminine. Plenty of lads have purple cars these days- it is the 21st cetury after all...
