it cost me 200 quid and for my trouble i go the car back with the clutch still fecked... the speedo cable snaped the next day cos they never tightened it... the engine mounting bolts were completely cross threaded and fooked and rattled like crazy... an oil leak on the engine crank case breather pipe... the tracking was all over the place.... and the driver side wheel baring was fooked although i cant pin the last one on them...
if i haddent of been a lazy cnut and just done the job myself i wouldn't have had to fix all that....
all thats left to fix now though is the clutch and the oil leak...

On my sri there is no inspection plate and so i have assumed it is pot type, the hanes also says it is pot type. if i changed flywheel i would also change the gearbox casing also to an early type one with inspection cover ie one off a nova GTE. Is there a significant weight saving or is it not really worth it. Bear in mind my clutch needs changing soon so its not too much hassle. I will also be fittin a 4.18 cwp at same time.

ive been told thats the late c14se and all the c16se use the the same clutch (f13)
i think ive heard of people using f13 boxes with c16xe's so miles is right the gte/gsi flat type flywheel should work on mine...
