me also jambo, mine splutters from cold then after about 5 mins or so its fine, runs bang on. i just put it down to mine be more low compression than a std let, but could be something else. also, same again, no codes at all.
ive got a lambda gauge thing for air fuel ration. from cold if you drive it, it runs at 16.0ish, lean, then warms up, runs around the 14.7 mark, good, then floor it goes to 11.2ish, very good. so it isnt a fuel or and air leak issue on mine, just simply crap from cold.
i now sit in my car with it idling for a few mins until it warms up a bit and hovers around the right air fuel ratio.
my coolant temp sender aint been changed, but my icv have been cleaned.
the afm would register a fault on the light if it was dodgy, cts and icv some reason dont for absolutely ages after they have commited death

Yeah no codes at all as i said i try and leave it running as long as poss b4 driving it but mine doesnt seem to get warm unless it actually moves!
I guess ill just put up with it

if you fix it, please tell me. my old cav turbo used to do it, and 2 of my mates cally turbos, and we tried changing just about everything yet it persists.

throw the mickey mouse cts away and go to vauxhall and buy a proper bosch this is what causes most probs cheap onces dont last

I solved it BTW
It was my crank sensor that was making it jerk thge wiring was frayed
