I only claimed back 60 from hsbc, and they only offered me half.

Im going to do it with Natwest but I closed my account down with them because I paid about £1000 in charges!
I need the cash so im deffinetely putting a claim in. I asked them months ago to send me statments from since I opened the account but guess what....

no reply

Is this for real?

Anyone tried it with RBS?
I wouldnt mind claiming, but dont really fancy them closing my account since I still have my graduate overdraft and dont really want to lose it.
