Isnt there customer service shite though??
My bird O2 contract was a joke...they used to take random amounts by DD each month...sometimes more than her bill stated and other times less....

They would do They lost almost a half a million contract customers in the last 3 months
Network churn, probably gained as many as they lost
I've been on Voda, they weren't bad but they weren't amazing either.
Orange were OK, had a few contracts with them & they've always been helpfull
T-Mobile is complete shite. Dead strict with upgrades, dead strict with policies & the deals aren't as good as they sound
O2 are good because you can blag ANYTHING out of them but the customer service isn't always great. Im a premier customer now with them (apparently) & they've been fine recenty
3's deals, policies & tariffs are about the best I've seen but the customer service teams are mostly in India which makes speaking to them a total nightmare. Helpfull enough, but quite hard to understand
O2 wins as an all rounder IMO

I'm with Orange, I definitely wouldn't say they're the best as I get no signal in my house.
I was with o2 before, they were better, service wise.

Maybe the other 225m customers don't live in Stalybridge and can actually get reception on their mobile. Unfortunately vodafone doesn't work in my area very well.
There's actually one road where the signal goes totally dead for some reason. My mum & dad are both with voda and are thinking of switching to Orange after they've seen my deal/phone/reception and how it's so much better than voda

Despite everyone saying O2 have awful customer service i decided to leave orange to try them out. From day 1 ive had bad experiences (They took my order over the phone with the wrong address, and when i call them back to correct it they tell me to call back later, so i do and now they say i should have phoned earlier. Phone was delivered to the wrong address...o2 refused to contact the delivery dept. to sort it)
Another thing that annoys me is you cant get an uptodate balance on your mins/txt.
Im yet to try a provider with decent customer service

I've been generally happy with Orange. I complained once when I lost my acrued free minutes when I changed my tariff and therefore ran up a big bill. I wrote in and they made a contribution to it. Perfectly reasonable.

They don't at all
Download section is poor, 3G service area is pnly just getting established, can't check allowance, no inovation for any of the deals other than "use your phone freee at certain times" type bollocks
Only decent thing about O2 is the retentions dept

IMO T-Mobile - bargain prices and excellent customer service. Only problem is no signal where I work, so I'm on Three.
