Yeah, don't be confused. The Halfords pen sets for Flame Red only have 2 pens in (missing lacquer), not 3.
I'm pretty sure you only need lacquer for metallic colours, could be wrong though.

Yeah, you don't need lacquer for flame red, just my bumpers - which I sprayed - look like they do.
