The rent on the Edinburgh flat covers the mortgage and factoring fee's. We arent making a monthly profit as such, but just relying on the property prices going up.

Aberdeen flat was bought at a high point in a poor state. Prob going to spend about 20k ontop of purchase price to get it to around 330k
