My uncle is going to check over everything that i do
Said i can attempt it myself and he will help out and do what i need him to do for me, but other than that he is letting me get on with it
Just need to find a reasonably dry day now
Ive had a search for fitting hoses but cant seem to find anything
If someone could bang together a rough outline id be very grateful

Trying to keep it all in one thread, incase anyone comes across this whilst searching and to make it easier for me
When bleeding the brakes, topping up the reseviour (sp), will any brake fluid do? It doesnt matter about me having two different types does it, since i dont know what make/brand is in there atm
Thanks for any help.

The only problem would be if you ended up mixing DOT 3 or DOT 4 with DOT 5.
However, DOT 5.1 WILL mix with DOT 3 and DOT 4
Personally, I'd top it up with DOT 5.1, the chances are it's not got DOT 5 in it now.
Brand makes no difference.

Thans Robino. Thats a lot of DOTting-ness
I should just buy Halfrauds own DOT 5.1 then, should be fine?

Personally I would use dot 4 or drain the whole system and replace with 5.1 but your choice!

So your saying that 2.0l calliper on the left will fit the 1.4 carrier shown under the 1.4 calliper on the right?
You do need the carrier that matches the calliper!

Just swap the whole lot. Don't confuse the lad.
You need an entire ATE caliper off a Calibra/Cav/Astra etc dude
