Got the mortgage approved this morning
Shouldn't be to long before we can move in, just need the solicitors to sort out the contracts and for the current owner to move out
Although im not to fussed about moving in to soon as it means i am able to save more in the time being

Whatever you do, dont go to land of leather. My mum has ordered one from there, think it was towards the end of March, we was promised it by the end of may. End of may has been and gone, after phoning them up, with no date given we received a letter today saying we wont be able to get it until the end of next month, And thats if were lucky!

Well we went to see the solicitors this afternoon to have a quick chat and to be told certain info.. signed all the relevant information for now...
Solicitor trying to get it all completed so we recieve the keys on the 4th July day before ny birthday
