it started and run before because i drove it round the block and it was fine now it just wont start the is half a tank of fuel

I would be willing to make a bet....put a tea spoon of oil down each cylender, put the plugs back in and try and start it with a bit of throttle and it will run.

no differance ive got spark and fuel tho

had the engine backfire and spat a flame out the throttle body so am guessing its the timing

ive rechecked the timing and its spot on but when crank it over it backfires through the throttle body anyone know why this is?
