Thing is, The type of people who will rent it out around the area are a bit of the "Couldn't give a shit", So be prepared to be constantly repairing it. Just look at the house on the same side next to the other bus stop, Smashed window, Full of piss heads and a car baby seat on the roof.
If it's cheap enough and you feel comfortable with the area i'd go for it! I went to go and look at one on the same road on the other side further towards the sunbed shop. Went befor i got the chance to phone about it!
