Allegedly it's not fake and is actually a very early build.
Either way, neowin has posted videos of an even newer leaked build which has had the major overhaul. I don't think it's out to the masses yet though.

Looks like it's swaying more towards deep integration with Windows Live services. I like that idea.

most of windows live components are already on your laptop in some form or another, i doubt they would make you sign up to it just to log on to your pc though
