Just says wireless charging kit atm.
You don't actually need much inside the phone but if it was built in it would be bigger news.

Wireless charging would be cool. Tech is there so unless its under patent I don't see why they wouldn't implement it

Looks like Samsung are struggling for innovation and are waiting for the next a apple to steel ideas and creativity from.....

Can you not go back to LA and take your 4 dotted ellipses with you?
It's not even 4, it's 5, even worse.

I need to see one in the flesh but slightly tempted. If it wasn't so massive I'd probably just get one.

I was going to buy it, for all of 5 minutes before realising is just a big 4 year old iPhone 3G design wise.
I'd also fuck all that touch sense shit off and run vanilla ICS meaning all the new features are useless to me.
I want black..not 'pebble' blue inspired by water and leaves, would have had white if it didn't look such a mess with all those black dots all over the place.
Also, only Samsung would officially reveal a phone to the press before the unveiling event.

Releasing phone to press made good sense IMO, that's why there were no leaks.

So you just want an iPhone then?
You also can't whine about software when you're the one taking it off. Why would you do that without having even tried it?

After 4 years an iPhone is exactly what I don't want.
TBH the design put put me off before the software and I've a feeling 4.8" is too big but I'm happy to withold judgement until I've tried it. Tell tale sign was the guy in the demo after the live stream needing to use two hands to operate it.
As for the features, some cool ones like the face recognition sleep (altougg I've a feeling it will kill battery through use of the FF camera and end up being disabled) and the 20 shot camera (which will also get annoying and end up being turned off).
Not to mention is the same camera as the S2, Apple would get raped for that.
Then there's the innovative new 'S voice'

Why pretend you'd even consider anything other than an iPhone?

What else could they have added to make you like it more?
Only downfalls I can see are size and it's not got the + version of the super AMOLED.

From yesterday:
"I'm hoping they do away with the capacitive buttons as I've never liked the feel and adopt the Galaxy Nexus on screen ones and I'm hoping is not made of plastic. Other than that I'm pretty sold."
Turns out they did neither and none of the software features make me want to go out and buy one.

I love the screen on my Nexus. Soon forget how big the phone is too. Sits in my pocket just fine. No real hindrances.
