Pictures inside as it was when we got in.. all the crap. pretty upsetting with all the kids stuff but thats life.
found hundred of working dvd's, blurays, ps3 games, cd's , books. all the kids toys are going to a local charity shop and some to a nursery. tv is being binned because it doesnt work. all the shit in the kitchen is being taken to the tip.
house is a repo and ive seen a couple of books about being an alcoholic and some books on stress... so maybe thats the reason.
also found a cock ring in the bedroom

Can't stand Sky dishes on the front of a property. Get it moved? Mines hidden on the back of the garage.
I'd also paint all that dark wood white gloss.

Glossing is up there with the worst jobs ever. It gets everywhere and is a nightmare to clean off.

Looking around the bathroom and we came across alot of the tiles has been blown out from the back, wasnt sure what this could be .. ( damp/ shoddy workmanship) but regardless wanted a new bathroom so went for it..
it started like this..
And then this..

Alex, if you know an oap you can get an extra 10% off that b&q suite.
They do take both discounts off. I got my grandad to buy some doors for me and saved about 400 quid in total.

Not a fan of magnolia. Looks like smokers yellow! Gloss work makes a big difference. Are you touching up the hand rail on the banister with more colour?
I'd get the sky dish moved off the front of the house too.

Im still not sold on the magnolia but still , can change it in the future. yeh gloss has brightened everything up!
the handrails will be going a darker stain/ polish. leaving that to my grandad!
not sure whats happening with the sky dish atm. i imagine sky will replace it when i get sky installed because it is very old. not sure where else it could go though. will have a chat with them when they come

Get them to put it on a pole on the back wall so it points over the roof. That's how mine is.
Looking good. White wood work has lightened it up a lot.

Magnolia walls are a pet hate of mine, but it makes sense if you plan on changing colour down the line. Far easier to paint over using less coats than if it was darker.
