if it was me i'd go for garage option 3. only because i hate clutter and working in confined spaces. i'm a twat for stopping the job after an hour to tidy up at work otherwise i get stressed and angry.

Amazing thread, top quality work you've done there.
Love the kitchen the best, and the cool shower
Have just read through all twenty pages taking a good couple of hours inbetween work. Will keep following it now

i think the plan now is to build a corner seat in this corner to hide all the pipes....so just really need a table and a bench to go down the other side

Looking really good!
Its a shame about all the pipes, suppose you could have some climbing plants to try and hide them at little...
Top job though

Looks lovely that. Have you considered setting lighting into the deck? Bit of ambience etc...

will prob look into lighting, but not overly keen on all those daft gimmicy LED's. Would prefer them to be very subtle, and not big chromed surface mounted things!
Might get some uplighters for the house though.
Decking - I built the frame, and made the gate, step and side.
Fee laid the decking with some help, and built the handrails.
A polish dude built the wall.

That look immense. At least you know you have plenty of space for lots of guests
