What's the best case to get?
The apple leather cases look good. Are they fairly slim fitting?
I like the stripey Paul Smith ones as well.

Even GiffGaff couldn't compete with that.

Depends if you need unlimited data.
Don't know how the deal worked, what did they do with the 6/12 months you still had left on the contract?

My contract on the 4S was virtually up (Vodafone let you upgrade in the last 2 months without penalty)
It didn't make sense as the cost of the contract (phone was free) was less than the phone brand new from Apple. I suspect it was a 'computer error'. I was not alone in the getting the offer as a few others posted screenshots with similar offers.
Unlimited Data is good point. Unfortunately 02 is not great round me so GiffGaff is not such a good option.

I'm in the centre of Manchester and O2's still not great, but then are any networks these days, they're all as bad as eachother IMO. Rolling out 4G (at silly prices and data limits) when they haven't even got 3G right.

Annoyingly at work we have an o2 and vodafone transmitter on side but the o2 one is 2G only! after loosing the work contract to vodafone they won't invest on the upgrade

Could be, if he flew to Germany to pick one up

Quote from the guy at the front of the queue at the Regent Street store:
quote:
The teenager said he turned down offers of up to £5,000 for his prime spot in the queue, saying he would only consider giving up his place for £10,000.

hmm vodafone are a fair bit more expensive than anyone else, £42 a month and £80 up front. not available free at all. also its like £10-15 difference in price per month between the 5s and 5c.
gonna have to call them next week when its died down a little and see what they say

I'm considering the £15 per month sim-only contract on Three. Unlimited data and free upgrade to 4G when it comes out. Then £629 for the 32GB 5S.

That escalated quickly, was £500 this morning. He was also there to get a phone to sell with profits going to Cancer Research.

Getting delivered to work.
I'll genuinely not be interested by October, something else will have caught my eye, a Nexus 5 for instance.

Decided to keep mine. Loving it. Can't see much different to my missus 5 but compared to my 4s it's bloody fast and the clarity of the screen is immense.
Also loving the slo motion videos!
