Theres an achievement on X-men for the 360 that gives you 50 points if your gamertag has over 1000GP on it before starting the game

coley ring ms and tell them your 360 was stolen. get them to suspend the account.
and if youre lucky they may be able to bar the console off live (kinda like barring a mobile)?

but all they need to do is create a new account and MS wont be able to do anything. Especially as he doesnt own it. Only way MS can do something is if they use his card details to download things of live using his gamertag
