the roof isnt getting tiles, but yes.. the back wall by the window and about 800-900mm up either side will be tiles (basically where the new board on the walls are)
Did the whole of the ensuite with new board, all walls, lowered ceiling - its still fine and that sees a lot of temp changes to expand / contract things.
I'm still not buying it.....

ames taping is and will be fine as you say it is a tad excessive to plaster new boarded walls/ceilings

I used one a few years back to dig a hole for a septic tank, great fun but quite easy to tip
Also used a skiddster wee buldozer thing... drive it with your thumbs

to start with RRS and posibly the 911.
Will need to get a good feel for the space and height possibilities before deciding whether to buy the ramps.

Would be good if you could get ramps in, surely you could just build it around the ramps?

getting ramps in wont be a problem.
It has been designed to allow enough roof height/space

Just read this thread and need to say that i love it lol along with those track cars you have got.
Will be keeping an eye on the garage build. Quick question, did you ever find out a flooring solution or are you just painting it? I have been looking for something similar and it's all way too expensive, especially to work on.

A few coats of paint on the floor always looks pretty tidy - seals all the dust in too.
