Not recently it hasnt, when it was last rolling roaded it was about 92bhp and 102lbft torque and the spec was.
Dbilas Throttle Bodies,
Plenum Chambed on bodies with pipercross vector filter
ported and polished head,
magnex back box
and since then it's had
4-2-1 manifold fitted
Plenum chamber ditched for trumpets and oil catch can fitted as the oil breather was going to the plenum.
and im getting a dastek unichip fitted soon so will have it roaded when that is mapped, i'm hoping for 100bhp and 105-110 lbft torque

I havent really updated this thread in quite a white but I have done quite a bit since the last update so here goes!!
firstly I got a Rear ARB from vsport (Dave A's) group buy,
whilst i fitted that I also fitted a Front Lower Strut brace, whilst i had the car in the air i thought that i may as well paint the front arb silver to match the new rear, (scuff marks on the diff cover was me fitting the brace not the brace rubbing)
I then bought and fitted some shortened stroke front and rear dampers, as the car was previously lowered on standard shocks and lowering springs
then I bought a set of temporary wheels (15's) as i was planning on refurbing my 17's
but with these wheels fitted, i noticed that the car was driving better 0-60 was improved, the steering was a lot lighter, and the MPG has improved! allthough i was surprised that the handling didnt improve much over the 17's, so I am currently unsure if the 17's will be going back on, and decided that the 15's needed a bit of freshening up as they do look quite small, so over the weekend I painted the spokes in them gloss black, the rims still need a touch of silver paint for now, and i will decide on what to do with these and the 17's before doing a full refurb on either set!
and here are the latest pics (took yesturday)
I have also fitted a shortshift gearlinkage but don't have any pics of that one.

tbh considering it is modified with a bodykit,i like it!not sure on the graphics or stickers.you made the right choice by taking the brows off!
yeah agree with everyone on taking your seatbelts off the bar and bolt them to the floor, apart from that its nice
personally though if it was mine i would have rid of the bonnet

Thanks mate. I dont know how much I have spent on it probably not as much as your average modified car as i've done all the work myself, but I do know that i've spent hours and hours and hours of time working on it,

as said above, i'm hoping for 100bhp but im not really bothered on the power output figures just how it drives
The throttle bodies came from regal autosport http://www.regal-auto.com
small update I also got a 4.18 final drive today hoping to get that fitted tomorrow allthough it took long enough to remove today!

some pics from today!
the gear cassette once removed!
and the pinion cog thats part of the layshaft
and a quick pic of inside the bellhousing
unfortunatly all I got out of the whole days work was a change of gearbox oil! (which to be fair was needed)
so im now on the lookout for a F13 CR gearbox so that I can change the FD and fit to my car

at least you know what you are doing know, and will probs remove gearbox in half the time next time so you have also gained knowlage and know were the tricky bolts are etc and how to get them off easy.

yes indeed allthough there werent really any problem bolts.. I have two options now either get a F13 CR box change the FD in that and then swap it for my F15, or get the pinion lay shaft from the box where i got the FD from and swap that for the layshaft in my box
