both knock sensor wires, early sensors have only 1 wire, later ones have 2
the early ecu you are using only requires the signal from the screed wire so swopping them round will do the same job.

didnt work, made it missfire (number 6 is for injector 4!!!)
unless you no which one it is, because i cant see on wiring diagrams, i could undo the knock sensor and swap the pins over there if all else fails but would rather change it at the ecu end

its two, because iv taken it apart before
but number 6 is for the 4th injector, so cant see why swaping that around would do anything
even tryed swapping 7 and 11, but still same fault
any ideas?

P46 - knock sensor
X10 - is the blue plug which is next to the alterntator, has all injector wires too
the knock sensor has two wires (A/B)
A is connector C11 on the ECU loom plug
whats different on the single wire knock sensor loom/ecu????

give up and get the correct ecu back in,
sell the sri one and buy a superchip

the sri has an superchip fitted to it. and it will cost £200-£300 to fit one to mine, compared to £55 iv spent

1m 99.9% sure that should solve it mate, got confused when I said pin 6 (or whatever I said was the injector one) as the wire looked red/brown but after investigating it should be pin 1.
