Have you seen many threads about the Storm 2 on here?
There's a reason for that.

9 times out of 10 they will just generate your PAC tbh.

I phoned o2 to get my PAC yesterday, 2 months before the end of my contract, they told me that if I cancelled now it would cost me more because I'd be charged at the full contract rate instead of my current discounted one
They must be losing so many customers just now.

Am i right in thinking some carriers(Tesco) are charging £4 per MB exceeded per month. So if the limit is 500mb and you get carried away streaming radio and use 800mb you get charged £1200
Surely that can't be right?

How does this work though. I'd quite like to move back to Vodafone what with them not charging for 1GB a month, they have no iPhone stock but if I get my PAC from o2 and move the number to Vodafone will I be left for an uncertain amount of time without any service

Engadget did this test and dropped it 4 times on its back before it smashed, which reminds me...
Queuing up in the line to get a new iphone last week, some young lad (around 16) and his mum joined the queue, then spotted some friends towards the front of a queue (Around 3 ppl infront of me) and decided to push in. A few of us were a bit annoyed, but we let it go.
After a couple of hours, the young lad walked through the o2 door only to drop his 3GS on the floor and it smashed , I roared with laughter to see the dissapointment on his face.
Epic Fail

Yes. I did this last week as I was told the phone would be delivered Monday (today). Now they are saying they have at least a 4 week wait so I had to cancel it today otherwise when my number was due to port to Vodafone tomorrow I would not of been able to use it. Im just sticking with o2 now, far easier!

Yeah I saw the same review. Mine dropped from probably 1/4 of the height they were testing it from and it went first time!. Also looks like the same happened to one of the Gizmodo writers who dropped it while testing it as part of a write up (un-intentially) and it smashed on first impact.
As for insurance. Yup but all the excesses are around 120/150 so I may as well just go via Apple rather than Apple if I need to.
Annoyinglly the glass is a 2 second fix from the looks of thing just at the mo the panel is very expensive. May hold out and wait for the parts to become more available and just do it myself.

Its WAY WAY quicker than a 3G. Bit like comparing a golf gti to a GTR, The golf is good but would be wooped by the GTR

The 4 feels weightier and more compact/expensive but almost 'sharp' in your hand compared to the previous design.

Love it compared to my 3G I think 3G users will see most of the benefit as the difference in performance is unreal.
