What a load of crap. Took an hour and a half to (almost) complete the download, then tells me its dropped connection

Mine too, alot worse than it used to be. Has something changed, I've been using my phone a bit in the day more but from going to work at 8 and getting in at 5.30 I had less than 20% left. Something is fucked.

youre on 3G's each yes?

then obv you now have load sof extra processing to do that the phoine wasnt built for. but you shoudl have seen that from iOS 4.0 :S

Yeah just a 3g, yeah kind of guessed that but its literally raping it to death. Never noticed it too much but now its pretty bad.

Tried it last night. Took 10 minutes to download, then crashed mid-install leaving my ipad unusable for a bit. Had to restore it, reload all my apps and data, sync, then start the install all over. Works fine now, but proper effort involved for some reason.

For a very easy to use device, the update has been a proper ball-ache.
